Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
  • If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you if the return is approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will evaluate the issue and assist you in resolving it promptly.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items:

  • Items that have been damaged after delivery, altered, or used, as well as non-product-related items, cannot be returned.
  • Sale items cannot be returned, except in cases of defect or error.

Exchanges:
If you want to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the current item, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period:
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
